A group of Tibetan monks will make their sixth visit to Mount Shasta February 10th to 13th as part of a tour to introduce the sutra and tantra of Buddhism and promote the welfare of their monastery in India.

Professor works to free Tibet

Ball State professor Larry Gerstein has been a student of Buddhism and Asian culture since the 1960s. He co-founded the International Tibet Independence Movement, which helps Tibetans relocate to the Indianapolis area by finding jobs, housing and educational opportunities.
