India and China began a first round of talks on Thursday to seek a solution to a decades-old border dispute that has bedevilled ties between the world's two most populous nations.

Nine sent to Tihar Central Jail

Nine members (male) of Tibetan Youth Congress was today sent to Tihar Central Jail and has been remanded to judicial custody till 27th October by Special Executive Magistrate, Police Station Parliament Street, New Delhi District.
