Nine members (male) of Tibetan Youth Congress was today sent to Tihar Central Jail and has been remanded to judicial custody till 27th October by Special Executive Magistrate, Police Station Parliament Street, New Delhi District.

U.S. Lists Tibetan Antelope as Endangered

The U.S. government listed the Tibetan antelope, called chiru, as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. The listing was made in response to a petition filed by the Wildlife Conservation Society and the Tibetan Plateau Project.
