Interacting with a small group of Tibetans on Sunday afternoon, Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama said that the United States administration is "very supportive" of Tibet's cause.

US Congressional Executive Commission on China had earlier condemned the gross violation of human rights in Tibet by China. It had expressed serious concern and dissatisfaction against China on human rights record in Tibet.
