A Korean Vinaya Master intends to translate Lamrim chenmo into Korean language

A Korean delegation led by Vinaya Master, Venerable Seok Hye Neung, Director of Haein Vinaya Institution based in Korea, visited Dharamshala to receive an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and to explore the possibility of translating the Lamrim Chenmo (the graded path to enlightenment) into Korean language.

For the translation of Lamrim Chenmo into Korean language Venerable Seok Hye Neung will seek the assistance of such learned Tibetan masters as Jadho Rinpoche, the former Abbot of Namgyal Monastery.

The Korean delegation received an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama yesterday.

During his short visit to Dharamshala the Korean delegation is hosted by Gyuto Monastery and Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration hosted a dinner for the visitors yesterday.
