Tibetans are like everyone else in the world, To assume we are better is trying to lift oneself by one's own belt. Our monks in Tibet have done somewhat similar to their young monks.

I was sad and disturbed to hear the unfortunate pending case of our fellow Tibetan, Thupten. I happened to hear from a friend that he is used as a scapegoat. According to my friend, in order to save the name of the hospital (and perhaps from closing), the authorities cunningly used him as a scapegoat, just like the theme of Bollywood movie, Corporate.
Though DNA is strong evidence, "who and how" the test is done is a big question. If he is really a scapegoat, the test could be carried out in favor of the Hospital.
What ever the case, it's a big blow to the image of our fellow Tibetans. Be aware, my fellow Tibetans.

If it happens in Ari,why not in other countries.In the poor countries,particularly where religion and customs play no direct role in curbing this type of action,except relying in the law of "Ley Gyudre":this is to say in buddhist countries.For others I don't know.Ley Gyudre will definitely bring about justice,as has been taught by the great Buddha and his master followers.I therefore think that anything like sexual misconduct's punishment should come in this living human life,as there are very few lay people,who call themselves buddhist,practice it in accordance with the teachings of the Buddha.Otherwise both sides,whether man or women suffer.To stick to the truth,women suffer more pain,and bad reputation follows wherever she steps.I urge,therefore that no tibetans and the like should intentionally,or unintentionally engage in this types of activities.
