rigden gyalpo, which single policy of cta are you talking about? unity is not to be confused with uniformity just as equality is not to be confused with sameness. It celebrates the core differences and works towards a common purpose. It's not something that can be enforced and by nature a persuasive energy rather than a coercive force. will the cta have the will and the wisdom to foster and facilitate such a unity?
