An 11 point agenda for discussion that cover China's prevailing fears, and until overcome will continue to hinder any progress to finding a solution.

A Accountability.

F Freedom for the people.
R Religion.
E Exodus of Tibetans and defectors.
E Exposure of their lies.

T Transparency.
I Investigation into their crimes.
B Bo Xilai.
E End -to their control.
T Truth.

The spelling of the letters is what the regime are most fearful of.

Its better to not say things like "If China wants to achieve super power status..." I dont think many people are looking forward to that day and why should we care. Its beter to say "If China wants to gain respect(not fear) form the world community.."
