Did the cold war ever truly thaw? Putin has clung onto power using the same tactics as the chinese, corruption. We need more comments put in the public domain, confirming Tibet's rightful independence, so putting an end to the Chinese propaganda that Tibet is China, which it is not.

China never ruled Tibet for any extended period of time in the entire history of Tibet or China. It is shame that the world and specially our neighbors who forgot who where living next to their border.
Thanks Dr. Sergius Kuzmin. I prostrate in front of you on behalf of all the Tibetans who offered their life the fire to light world to see Tibetan issue more clearly. Your book is another form of light and I pray more and more Russians cant see His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Russia sooner than later.
