Earthquake drills

I hope the people in Northwest, especially all schools and buildings of large gatherings take precautions and practice the drills. Aslo learn from Japan and others about ensuring that large objects such as tc, fridge, cupboards are secured in way to minimise damage as well as increase safety by not falling on people.
After that people can pray.

By resorting to Nechung oracle by the Tibetan Govt. in exile, we succumb to the China's assertion that HH the Dalai Lama and exile Tibetans are bent upon restoring old Tibet.
