Thank you to the great country of Bangladesh, and to its wonderful people like Dr.Shahidul Alam for taking such a great interest in the Tibetan cause, willing to say, no! to China, when the Chinese Embassy officials came to you with gifts to request Dr. Alam and the group of organizers of "week-long Tibet Exhibition", to stop the exhibition from proceeding. It takes great courage and utmost honesty, and sincerity with your support for the Tibetan cause, to stick it up to the Chinese. The way you did is both truly remarkable and admirable.Thank you! This is a true mark of a great people of a wonderful nation who is willing to stand up for a great cause.Tibet will always remember this day in her history with gratitude.
To say some thing about the Chinese:They come with gifts and stick with them;always.!This is nothing new they are doing. That's how exactly they entered my country too.Fist with gifts to Tibetans who'll collaborate with Chinese. When that did not work, they raised the hell out of millions of innocent peoples lives. They filled innocent and naive minds with false information and false hopes what China can do for them to better their livelihoods. And in reality; what they did was; they destroyed hundreds and hundreds of year old monasteries, temples, stupas, emptied billions and billions of dollars worth religious relics ,scriptures, ancients Buddhist text books (burned and raised them to dust without a trace trailing behind),now emptying all the natural resources that we Tibetans have never intended ever to disturb if China never came.We have love ,respect and a genuine sense of concern with compassion for the future man kind.We worshiped the very nature and environment that China is so heartlessly destined to destroy with greed with helping hands of many western greedy corporates. Therefore what China came and brought into Tibet was a night mares and miseries. For the first time in Tibetan history ,Tibet had a famine in the land of Buddhas and sagas after the Chinese came.Yet the very ill informed and ill educated about Tibet's past history,"The World Leaders"say,Tibet is a part of China."NO! I say ,IT IS NOT!!!" "Great Revolution" was what they came with; and uprooted my country in its entirety. They killed, more than a million Tibetans. They replaced Tibetan officials and/or the village leaders with illiterate, inexperienced idiots in the real sense. They humiliated, and insulted, and abused our spiritual teachers and good leaders(but of-course we had some bad leaders here and there too.But non were any where as bad as the Chinese leaders) both physically and emotionally before the public gatherings called "STRUGGLES"
where Chinese officials would pull/appoint any one Tibetan in the crowd to do and say evil things to another of their own Tibetan brothers and sisters. If and when some one refused; You knew what's coming next. They have made children stand up against and accuse their own parents of some thing ,any thing to create distance in their parent children relationship. That's the regime whose representatives you sir, refused to put up with.Thank you to SFTBD. and Dr.Shahidul Alam and every single one who is involved in this wonderful humanity act in Bangladesh in support of Tibet and the Tibetans.I say this on behalf of all my Tibetan brothers and sisters in Tibet and abroad in exile, knowing fully well that they will be with me to say again thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. For the true conservation of Tibet and Tibetans in its entirety ,'TIBET MUST BE AN ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE INDEPENDENT NATION" .I hope His Holiness is debating on the idea.I hope more Tibetans will support "COMPLETE INDEPENDENCE".BOH RUNG-ZEN !!!
