Chinese Brutal Regime's ethnic cleansing of Tibetans and Uighurs is by transferring of Chinese(Han)to Settle in Tibet and Uighur, They are giving incentives and high salary to work and settle in Tibet and Uighur.This another form mass Transfer of chinese population to Tibet and Uighur.
